Print out, and then complete the SPFF Membership Application (This is an Adobe Acrobat File. You must have Acrobat Reader 4.0 or newer to access it. It may take a minute or so to download, depending upon your internet connection speed.)

Refer to the application form for appropriate membership fee and make your check payable to SPFF.
